God always want us close to him, his arms are wide spread waiting for us and his ears are open to hear us whenever we call. The scripture encourages to seek to know God’s character, his truth and his presence. One of the  most significant event that took place on the cross of Calvary when Jesus gave up the ghost, is when the veil of the temple was ripped apart, from the top to the bottom. That supernatural event symbolizes that we all can directly seek the face of God, without the help of a mediator that stands as a priest.

Deuteronomy 4:29 “But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul”. This scripture underscores the readiness of God for us. He is always available for us as long as we seek him with all our hearts and in all sincerity.

Psalms 27:4 “One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple”. In this verse, David revealed the beauty that is in seeking the face of God. It is such a beautiful moment to spend quality time with God, beholding his beautiful face.

Matthew 6:33 “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well”.
