It entails that as head of the house, it is your duty to see that each member of your family have a solid and stable relationship with God, and physically, you ensure that they have a place to live, clothes to wear, and food to eat. What Does The Bible Say About Man Being Head of The Household?

As earlier stated that Christ explained in clear terms that man is the head of the family, let us look at some scripture that supports this teachings;

Ephesians 5:22-25 “Wives submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the Church, and he is the savior of the body. Therefore as the Church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing”. These verses critically teaches wives to submit to their husbands in everything, just the way the Church submits to Christ who is the head of the Church.

1 Corinthians 11:3 “But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Chris is God”.
