Redemption is one precious gift that God gave to us, one that cannot be earned by being a good person. Redemption in Christianity is the act of God’s saving grace, It is a second chance to given to us by God, to save us from eternal condemnation. The singular sin of disobedience committed by Adam and Eve, separated us from God and opened us up to death, sickness, pain, slavery and every other hostile experience. What Does The Bible Say About Redemption?

The Bible presents redemption to us as a chronicle of ransom and restoration. The scripture makes us to understand that redemption is all about salvation from sin and damnation, and also a proof of God’s love and mercy for humanity. God’s view on redemption is being made clear to us everyday, his saving grace and power is available to everyone at all times, except in death.

Ephesians 1:7 ‘In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace”.
